Excellent opportunity to try a career in Property Management! The Villages of Dover Glen is seeking immediate full-time temporary help during leasing season at a large apartment community. Minimum term will be through summer but could extend longer based on need. Leasing Consultant responsibilities include but are not limited to answering leads, setting appointments for tours, leasing to new residents, establishing a rapport with existing residents to provide personalized service, preparing appropriate documents and assisting team with various day to day operations of an apartment community.
Ideal candidate will be a friendly, organized person with excellent customer service and communication skills. Customer service, sales or leasing experience in the property management, real estate or the hospitality industry is preferred but we are willing to train. Must be familiar with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. AMSI or other Property Management Software experience a HUGE plus. Send resumes if interested in this position. EOE
