Dependable Scheduling Agent for Home-Working wanted to schedule appointments. Start immediately. This position is available for CENTRAL TENNESSEE RESIDENTS only.
20 hours per week to start (requires working two 6 hour shifts on weekends 9am-3pm on Saturdays and 10am-4pm on SundaysNo exceptions.
(MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR TWO 6-HOUR WEEKEND SHIFTS 3 WEEKENDS PER MONTH).
Includes two 4-hour shifts during the week. 4 hours on Friday afternoon 1pm-5pm and 4 hours on Monday morning 8am-12pm.
Additional hours available to fill in for other agents from time to time.
Business really picks up in March and MORE HOURS BECOME AVAILABLE IF DESIRED but NOT a requirement.

Dependability is a REQUIREMENT. This job is for someone who does NOT have social obligations on weekends. Working weekends is NOT an option it is a REQUIREMENT and a condition for employment.
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST have weekend availability 3 weekends per month.
MUST have a QUIET place to work from home WITHOUT NOISE OR DISTRACTIONS FROM FAMILY MEMBERS OR PETS.
(It is essential that customers NOT hear background noise and distractions in the background during the call).
MUST be COMPUTER LITERATE and have simple data entry skills including working with a digital calendar and maps applications. Understanding multiple time zones is a plus.
MUST have a desktop computer OR up-to-date laptop. NO working off of phone only. It requires working from computer and phone at the same time.
MUST have excellent VERBAL and WRITTEN communication skills. No Exceptions.
MUST have a printer OR access to one nearby such as Office Depot or another printshop to print initial documents needed to start.
