We are seeking a highly experienced and trustworthy Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executive leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, impeccable discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining close personal and professional relationships, while also managing various administrative tasks with efficiency and precision.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive, managing communication and correspondence with stakeholders, clients, and staff.

2. Coordinate and manage the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events.

3. Conduct thorough research and prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings as needed.

4. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

5. Act as a liaison between the executive and other members of the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

6. Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address any issues or concerns.

7. Manage and prioritize incoming requests, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring timely completion.

8. Assist with personal tasks and errands as necessary, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.

9. Exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

10. Foster a positive and supportive working relationship with the executive, demonstrating loyalty, trust, and reliability in all interactions.

Requirements:

1. Sound working knowledge of accounting principles with QuickBooks experience preferred.

2. Ability to provide close support to the executive, with a focus on personal and confidential matters.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels and in any environment.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

6. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive situations.

7. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

8. Professionalism and integrity in all aspects of work, with a commitment to upholding the highest performance standards.

9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.

10. Willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed.

11. Ability to excel in an unfiltered, unrestricted, open-communication environment.
