Installation Coordinator / "Home-Work"

Growing Home improvement company is seeking the right person to help with coordinating installations in some of our new offices.

The duties will include but NOT limited to:

Assigning installs to installers on a daily basis.

Rescheduling installations due to weather or other circumstances.

Recruitment of installers and completing onboarding docs by Docu-sign type software.

Collecting Certificates of Completion from installers.

Handling customer service calls.

Creating Customer Service Tickets to assign to installers.

Collecting invoices from installers and comparing to work orders for payroll.

This is our slow time of year but business picks up fast by the end of January.

3 hours per day in training M-F for 2-4 weeks.

After that, 4 hours per day M-F starting at 7am.

For the right person, this could turn into a full time job, at the corporate level with Corporate Management title.

Our company corp office is based in Nashville, servicing central TN and Lower KY, with other offices out of state.

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST have a quiet place to work at a desk WITHOUT DISTRACTIONS OR NOISE from pets or family.

Definition of DISTRACTION (plural noun) -

1. a thing that prevents someone from giving full attention to something else.

2. can be an interruption or obstacle to concentration.

Distractions or disruptive noise includes loud pets (or neighbor's pets) such as barking dogs or loud pet birds like parakeets/parrots, kids playing, needing to be attended to or crying/yelling, other family members watching tv or listening to devices within earshot of customers you may be on the phone with. These types of distractions and noises affect a company's professional image and and will not be tolerated.

MUST have excellent verbal and writing communication skills.

MUST be self motivated in the morning and result oriented.

MUST have an up-to-date desktop computer that is adequate enough to do business with.

MUST have a printer that can print from aforementioned computer.

MUST have ability to understand what apps are, how to download and use them. The tech we use are electronic signing software, scanning apps, electronic on-line calendars, etc We provide training but want to hire someone who is computer literate and has experience with using software and apps.

MUST BE RELIABLE.

MUST have mornings available without a lot of reasons to miss days from work.

MUST be an early morning person. The offices we are seeking help with are in the EST time zone, which is 1 hour earlier than we are. After training, your day will start at 7am CST / 8am EST sharp, communication with installers, customers, recruits, etc. (late night partiers or moonlighters need not apply).

Organizational Skills

are all considered a plus.

YOU WILL BE COORDINATING INSTALLATIONS FOR 3 OFFICES TO START. AS BUSINESS GETS BETTER IN 2025 THERE WILL BE AN INCREASE IN HOURS AND PAY AS THE RESPONSIBILITY INCREASES.

WE ADDED THESE 3 OFFICES IN 2024. WE'RE ADDING 4 MORE IN 2025. COME GROW WITH OUR COMPANY.

THERE IS NO INVESTMENT REQUIRED. THERE IS NO TRAVEL OR COMMUTING REQUIRED.

Starts at $13.10 / hr

YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND A COMPANY EVENT OR INVITED TO A HOLIDAY EVENT FROM TIME TO TIME.
