Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and positive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in a retirement planning firm or insurance agency. This role involves direct client interaction, managing and processing client requests for withdrawals from retirement accounts, meticulous file creation and management, and proactive client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client requests for withdrawals from their retirement accounts.

- Create and maintain comprehensive client files.

- Draft and dispatch letters and correspondences to clients.

- Schedule and manage client appointments for annual and quarterly reviews.

- Answer phone calls and provide exceptional client service.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings for potential clients, both virtually and in-office.

- Operate and navigate various software including Office Suite, Calendly, and CRM systems.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a retirement planning firm or insurance agency.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Calendly, and CRM platforms.

- Insurance license is advantageous, but not mandatory.
