Sign Company Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management, team members, office personnel
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a quick professional way
Act as a point of contact for Customers, vendors, subcontractors, and various sign company/construction services
Estimating, prepare orders, purchase orders, contract / subcontract review and processing
Execute clerical and general office duties such as data entry, typing, scanning, ordering product, inventory, vehicle maintenance forms, Safety meetings and other admin tasks
Coordinate installation logistics, assist with schedule for installation team.
3+ years of experience of administrative experience is needed - Previous admin duties with a sign company or possible construction related would be Required
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills are needed
Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel,) QuickBooks
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree.
