About the Role:

As a Market Manager, you will take ownership of your assigned market, utilizing your creativity and drive to build, sustain, and expand our presence. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working autonomously, thinks outside the box, and is excited about using innovative strategies to attract new clients. Beyond client acquisition, you’ll also take on Capture Technician duties, using cutting-edge tech like drones and LiDAR scanners to provide high-quality virtual tours and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Building & Growth: Take initiative to grow and sustain your market by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and using creative strategies to secure new business.

Client Outreach & Acquisition: Conduct outreach to potential clients, deliver compelling pitch meetings, and showcase how our products can elevate their business.

Schedule & Project Management: Independently manage schedules for client meetings, capture sessions, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless operations.

Capture Technician Duties: Execute virtual tour captures using drones and LiDAR scanners, delivering exceptional content for our clients’ listings.

Client Experience: Build trust with clients by providing friendly, helpful, and proactive communication, ensuring they receive a seamless and positive experience.

What You Bring to the Table:

A self-driven attitude and the motivation to grow and sustain your market independently.

Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, especially in real estate or tech-related industries.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage your own schedule and juggle multiple projects.

Experience or willingness to learn how to operate drones and LiDAR scanners.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to creatively pitch and tailor solutions to client needs.

A problem-solver who can think on their feet and adapt strategies to meet market demands.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
