In the Loop Singles, the premiere activity & travel club for singles is looking for a part-time Event Coordinator for our fast growing Nashville location! In the Loop plans about 25 events a month and 6-7 trips a year for singles. We have been in business for 10 years!
If you have a self starter attitude, a stand out personality, the ability to multitask, excellent people skills and a love for event planning and hosting, this is the job for you!
This flexible position consists of you hosting 10-12 events a month at approximately 3 hours per event. You get free tickets to these events (ie: Preds Games, Concerts, Top Golf, Bowling, etc)
These activities are in the evening hours Monday through Fridays and open hours on the weekends. Plus an additional 6-8 hrs monthly planning events from home. This should total about 38-40 hours per month.
Our employees also travel the world hosting trips for singles. We are on our way to Ireland, Australia, Amsterdam, Paris and the Bahamas, just to name a few.
You must be over 21 to be considered for the position. Also, you must have reliable transportation.
