Who Is The Real Jason Duncan?
Hi, I’m The Real Jason Duncan, a former teacher turned entrepreneur who’s built 13 companies, exited four of them, and now focuses on helping others achieve real success and freedom through entrepreneurship. My Professional Entrepreneur Apprenticeship Program (PEAP) is a unique, one-year paid opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business, leadership, and financial literacy.
If you’re ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to explore the world of entrepreneurship, this program is for you. You’ll work directly with me and my team, learning the skills and strategies to thrive in business while building a strong foundation for your future.

This role is primarily based in the Nashville, TN area, with flexibility for some remote work depending on tasks and responsibilities.

About the Program
The PEAP program is designed for ambitious young adults eager to learn the ins and outs of entrepreneurship directly from Jason Duncan. This one-year paid apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in business, leadership, marketing, and financial literacy, with the opportunity to launch your own business or become a key player in one of Jason's ventures.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with podcast production, guest research, scheduling, and setup
Social media management (posting, engagement, and content creation)
General administrative tasks like scheduling, emails, and meetings
Video editing for short-form content and posting on platforms
Graphic design using Canva for promotional and educational content
Research and write blog posts, scripts, and other written communications
Ideal Candidate
20-29 years old, located in the Nashville area
Ambitious, ethical, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
Ready to dedicate 30 hours a week to learning and practical work
Skilled in writing, video editing, and social media management
Proficient with tools like Google Suite, Calendly, Kajabi, Zoom, Canva, and YouTube
