Experienced Brand Ambassador wanted for Lead Generation at events throughout Central Tennessee.
Experience is preferred but we will train the right person that has the correct attitude and is outgoing enough.
The ideal candidate is NOT SHY and has the ability to quickly engage with people in conversation. This requires being a people person, being extroverted and being motivated. We'll train you on what to say to people and we'll pay you enough to stay motivated but you must not be afraid to talk to strangers.
You will work all kinds of events where people are attending: Indoor and outdoor festivals of all types, home shows, fund raising events, holiday shows, etc
Requirements:
1. Outgoing personality / Not Shy - Did we mention that?
2. Have reliable transportation with a hatchback or truck bed. A small car with a hatchback will do or a minivan or similar type of vehicle. Truck is fine.
3. MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY! These events are on weekends. You will need to have weekend availability at least 3 weekends per month. No exceptions.
4. Must be a RELIABLE person. We pay a lot to register for these events far in advance. Missing events you are scheduled to work at is NOT tolerated. Don't waste your time or our time applying for this job if you are not a reliable person. Excuses are not tolerated here. This is a production based job. We don't have time or patience for people who conveniently make excuses for not keeping their word and commitments.
5. Ability to manage yourself and manage your time well. There is no micro-management here. If you are a responsible person who can produce, being self-managed, this job may work out very well for you if you meet the other requirements.
6. Must have the ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
7. Must have the ability to lift 20 lbs as needed to set up and break down event booth.
8. Must be punctual at arriving at event ON-TIME. This requires good time management skill.
If you like to party on weekends and sleep in late, this job is NOT for you.
If you have health problems that require sudden doctor's visits on weekends, this job is NOT for you.
If you are the person that a large family relies on for frequent family crisis on weekends, this job is NOT for you.
If you have had problems working at other jobs because of not being a responsible employee, this job is NOT for you.
If you are good at getting creative to make excuses to miss scheduled shifts, this job is NOT for you.
This is a fun and profitable job for the right person. Events are fun to work. It's fun talking to people and making friends with other Brand Ambassadors from other companies who work events also.

$20/hr. We pay mileage to and from events which pays for your gas. We pay bonuses for quality production. We LOVE to pay bonuses! You'll make as much or more in bonuses as you will in hourly pay.
