Downtown Nashville law firm has an opening for a full-time litigation support position. Must be a team player, teachable and bring a positive attitude. Prior law firm/paralegal experience preferred. Paid parking provided. Compensation to be discussed during interview. Knowledge of Needles software would be a plus, however training is provided.
Job duties include:
Answering phone lines and routing calls
Drafting various legal documents upon attorney request
Filing legal documents with local clerk upon attorney request
Scheduling legal proceedings such as discovery appointments and depositions
Knowledge of proper grammar and punctuation for legal correspondence
