WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Conduct comprehensive research on government transparency laws across different states
Analyze FOIA requirements and procedures for various jurisdictions
Implement and optimize AI tools for document analysis and legal research
Streamline FOIA request workflows using modern technology
Drive continuous improvement in our research methodologies
Support high-impact projects advancing government transparency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Strong interest in law, government, or public policy
Excellent research and analytical skills
Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn AI tools
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities
Current law student (2L/3L) or recent law school graduate preferred
Experience with legal research databases (Westlaw, Lexis, etc.) preferred
