Job Title: Warehouse Operative - 1st shift
Location: Mt. Juliet, TN
Hourly Rate: $16.00/hr (plus bonus opportunities up to $150!)
Shift Options for 1st shift:
7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Job Requirements:
Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, or technical service.
Must be able to lift and or pull over 50 lbs.
Comfortable standing for 8 hours.
Ability to work with a PC and PC-related programs.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Experience in forward logistics operations is a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Load and unload trucks, perform repeated heavy lifting, and move equipment using material handling tools like pallet jacks.
Verify unit counts and conditions, package/unpackage items, and prepare units for production.
Perform data entry using the client’s systems and meet daily production goals.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all quality performance standards.
