About the Cleaner Role:
As our Cleaner, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of our properties to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Cleanliness is critical to our brand and the safety of our guests.
These responsibilities include:
Thoroughly clean and sanitize all interior areas of our homes (i.e., bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry rooms, dining rooms, exercise rooms, etc.) according to our cleaning standards.
Neatly make all beds and set guest amenities out with special touches for enhanced guest experience.
Vacuum floor surfaces and clean floors.
Properly dispose of trash and maintain the trash cans/cleaning centers.
Replenish supplies and beverages as needed. Communicate inventory needs.
Clean/dust items high off the ground (i.e., ceiling fans, TVs, rafters)
Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, appliances, hot tubs, exercise equipment etc.)
Operate washing machine and dryer.
Respond to any emergency needs or inventory for our guests.
Maintain cleanliness of hot tubs and replace chemicals/filters as needed.
Resolve home concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
Frequently perform a comprehensive walk through of all properties; quickly fix any safety/policy issues and address cleanliness concerns.
About Your Qualifications:
A highly flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends.
Cleaning and sanitizing experience is preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Basic computer proficiency
Willing to be trained and use our task management software
Physical Demands of the Cleaner:
Continual standing and moving throughout the property to accomplish tasks during shift.
Continual communicating in person or on the phone to exchange information during shift.
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Frequent cleaning and sanitizing
