Specialty Maintenance Tech – Join Our Team!
Ready to roll up your sleeves and keep our YMCA facilities in tip-top shape? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on person to join us as a Specialty Maintenance Tech!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our building, grounds, vehicles, and pool, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members. From light electrical and plumbing tasks to assisting with major repairs, you’ll play a key part in making the YMCA a great place to be!
Pay Range: Starting at $15.00/hr, depending on experience.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 18 years old with 5 years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of power tools, machinery, and cleaning chemicals
- Experience with pool mechanics is a bonus!
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Required Certifications:
- YMCA New Hire Orientation (before your first shift)
- CPR/First Aid/AED (within 30 days)
- Certified Pool Operator and Mental Health First Aid (within 6 months)
