Join Our Team as a Senior General Maintenance Tech!

The YMCA of Middle TN is looking for a Senior General Maintenance Tech to handle repairs, maintenance, and projects under the guidance of our Property Director. If you're organized, safety-conscious, and ready to make a difference, this could be the perfect role for you!
Pay: Starts at$19 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Minimum Age:18
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and facility equipment
- Oversee the Preventative Maintenance Program and manage Facility Dude, our online work order system
- Monitor and maintain pool safety and vehicle readiness
- Handle repairs and upkeep for camp buildings, activity areas, and equipment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least five years of relevant experience (maintenance, construction, vehicle upkeep)
- Basic woodworking and painting skills a plus
- Familiarity with O.S.H.A. regulations
Certifications Required
- New Hire Orientation before your first shift (we pay you to take this)
- CPR Pro/AED/First Aid within 30 days (we pay you to certify in this)
- YMCA P.O.O.L./CPO within six months (we pay you to certify in this)
