We are seeking to hire for 15 vacancies in this role.

Qualifications

Experienced in working in dusty environments and navigating uneven terrain.

Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights, such as on scaffolding and in crawlspaces.

Willingness to follow instructions and complete tasks as required.

Must possess basic carpentry tools, including a tool belt with a hammer holster, utility knife, 30-foot measuring tape, cordless drill with bit holder, gloves, and hammer.

Basic understanding of construction practices and job site organization.

Maintain a positive attitude, self-awareness, and respect for colleagues.

Basic knowledge of safety and health procedures, with ongoing training provided.

Optional: Reliable transportation.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of the job site, load and unload materials over 50 pounds, install property protection, and organize tools and materials.

Assist with site preparation tasks, such as trench digging.

Work in an organized manner and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Communicate ideas and information effectively; demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness.

Ensure safety for yourself and your team members.

Help maintain job site security, ensuring the safety of personnel, tools, and materials.

Occasionally drive a company vehicle as required, with a clean motor vehicle report required.

Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
