Reliable person needed to provide general upkeep to the grounds and interior of an upscale condo community. Duties include, but are not limited to; general maintenance of interior and exterior of the building and property, trash removal, light painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing for common areas of interior of building. Additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Property Manager and HOA Board.
