We are seeking an experienced Lead Cabinet Installer to join our team in Nashville, TN. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supervising the installation of custom cabinets, casework, and architectural millwork.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for overseeing on site operations and will report to the Project Manager
- Attending client meetings that are held on site
- Able to balance schedules
- Monitor quality of the product and installation
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand cabinetry specifications and layout
- Prepare job sites by protecting existing structures and surfaces
- Install wall cabinets, base cabinets, and vanities by leveling, securing to studs
- Adjust and align cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware
- Install countertops
- Transport and install furniture-grade architectural millwork
-Electronic equipment will be provided for communication and access to site information and drawings.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Leading experience and ability to install commercial casework
- Experience with standard cabinet sizes, grades, and installation methods
- Ability to read tape measure, level, squares to ensure proper alignment
- Excellent carpentry skills and attention to detail
- Have own installation tools
- Skilled with hand tools and power tools needed for fine carpentry
- Valid driver’s license
- Work well with others
- Physical ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay rate of $28 - $32 per hour based on experience
- Full time schedule
