Cambridge Landscaping is hiring a Crew Member to join our team! We're looking for someone reliable, motivated, and ready to grow with a fast-paced and professional landscaping company.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience preferred, but we’re also open to training the right individual with a strong work ethic.
Must show a valid Tennessee driver’s license. Have a clean driving record
Must have daily transportation to and from work
Must be able to work outside for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift over 35 + pounds.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
Must be organized, take initiative, and work well with others.
A willingness to learn and grow in the landscaping trade is essential.
Job Duties Include:
Grading and site preparation
Plant and tree installation
Sod installation
Irrigation system installation and maintenance
Building retaining walls and hardscapes
