This is a full-time position with hours of Monday thru Friday, 8-5. The ideal candidate will be a self motivated team player with a focus on customer service. Experience a plus but will train the right individual. Wonderful way to enter the world of Property Management.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Keeping grounds, sidewalks, breezeways, dumpster areas free of trash and debris on a daily basis
Pressure washing breezeways, stairways, landings, and sidewalks as needed
Replacing outdoor lights as needed
Delivering resident correspondence as needed
Watering of trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed
Emptying trash in office, common areas, pool, fitness center, and laundry room daily
Other tasks as needed to assist the management and maintenance teams
