Farm/Camp Manager

Tennessee, Nashville, 37201 Nashville USA

Are you tired of the corporate grind? Do you dream of wide-open spaces, fresh air, and a job where your coworkers include cows, fish, and the occasional confused camper? Well, dust off your boots and sharpen your toolbox, because we’re hiring a Farm Manager for our 350-acre slice of paradise in Waynesboro, TN!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Wrangle a farm that has multiple ponds, a half-mile of Buffalo River frontage, and more buildings than you can count on one hand (including two shower houses—because cleanliness is next to farm-liness).

Keep 18 RV hookups and dozens of camping sites in working order, ensuring that visitors have power, water, and a working toilet (very important if we actually had toilets, running water is another story).

Operate heavy machinery like a pro (or at least without breaking anything expensive).

Fix everything from leaky pipes to wonky electrical systems to that one fence post that refuses to stay put.

Be the friendly face of the farm—welcoming guests, directing lost campers, and possibly saving the occasional wayward city slicker from themselves.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Handiness is a must! If you can fix it, wire it, build it, or dig it, we want you.

Machinery skills: Tractors, backhoes, and all the big toys—if you know how to use ‘em, we’re in business.

Plumbing and electrical know-how (because no one likes a shower house that doesn’t shower).

A love for the outdoors—because this isn’t a desk job (unless you count sitting on a tractor).

A sense of humor—trust us, you’ll need it.

WHAT YOU GET:

Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience).

Housing provided—yep, you get to live on-site, so your morning commute is basically just walking outside.

An unbeatable office view—rolling hills, riverfront, and some of the best sunsets in Tennessee.

Endless stories to tell—because farm life is never boring.

If you’re ready to trade traffic jams for tractor rides, and you think you have what it takes to keep this farm running like a well-oiled machine, we want to hear from you!

APPLY NOW—before we have to start asking the cows to do the plumbing.
