Farm Manager/Caretaker

Caretaker wanted to manage a 250 acre family property with barns, small off grid cabins, water, fields pastures and a few animals. Caretaker will be responsible for maintenance schedules for the structures and equipment, lawns and fields and will supervise vendors for maintenance and new projects to develop the property. Farm Manager should love to work in the beautiful Tennessee hill country, be skilled in operating equipment, accustomed to farm like manual labor while being able to manage priorities for a small crew in order to keep the property neat, organized and maintained.
