We are a small General Contracting and Remodeling company located in Mt. Juliet, TN. We have been in business since 2003 and we are very well established in the Davidson, Sumner and Wilson county areas. We do additions, new home construction, floors, doors, kitchen, bathrooms, decks, privacy fences and more. We work Monday - Friday from 8am -430pm. Please be polite, drug free, no theft or sex felony convictions with the ability and drive to learn. I'm looking for someone to bring your experience here to benefit all parties involved. I need serious people that want to make a career and not just a job for the moment. I have enough work to keep you going all that you want and some. The job has a 90 day probation period to evaluate how much you know and the exact fair pay amount. We start out at $19 for the helper position and $22 for carpenter position. Regular pay after 90 days is $1 more per hour based off performance and knowledge. You will receive raises every year afterwards based on performance. Please contact me if you are serious, have a drive to work, willing to learn new ways to do things and need a permanent home. I'm only looking for experienced people at the moment. Must be able to work alone or with 1 inexperienced helper. In order to get top pay you must be there every day on time and working. Please have your own vehicle. Must be there daily or be responsible enough to call ahead of time if taking off.
