Job Title: Data Entry Associate Representative.
Duration: 8+ Months.
Location: Nashville, TN, 37228 (Hybrid)
Timings: M-F 8-4:30 CST Flex
Pay Rate- $17.90/hour on w2.
Duties:
The data entry associate is responsible for all requirements pertaining to processing and recording Medicare Advantage member return mail.
This includes following CMS-compliant processes, detailed research across eligibility source systems, and decisions.
Skills:
Ability to deal with multiple issues at one time.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Critical thinking and ability to make decisions in ambiguous scenarios.
Attention to detail.
Reviewing, investigating, and resolving issues quickly.
Understand regulatory processes and guidelines related to return mail processing.
Comfortable working with multiple user interfaces and source systems at one time.
Data entry experience.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
