TennFold Brewing is growing and adding to the team:
Lead Expo position $17/hour
Wednesday-Sunday (Full Time) 35-40 hours per week
Minimum one year of high-volume kitchen experience required.
Ability to multitask and communicate well during high volume.
ServSafe certification is a plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Prepping, maintaining, and closing the expo station
-Maintaining high-quality standards for food items prepared from the kitchen
-Communicating to FOH and BOH management team about food items, preparation times, and availability.
-Inventory and communication to management team of to-go products
-Looking for a team player. This includes deep cleaning, organization projects in the kitchen, and potential opportunities to cross-train on other stations.
