Job Title: Early Morning Baker

Hours: 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM, [Looking for all days of the week/multiple people if needed]
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Early Morning Baker to join our team and contribute to the success of our bakery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking and capable of producing high-quality baked goods consistently, even during early morning hours. This position requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Baking Preparation: Arrive promptly at 3:00 AM to begin preparation for the day's baking. This includes gathering ingredients, preheating ovens, and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for use.
Baking: Execute the baking of a variety of products such as bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards. Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal results.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all baked products. Inspect finished products for appearance, texture, and taste to ensure they meet our bakery's standards.
Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and notifying management when supplies need to be replenished. Properly store ingredients to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
Cleaning and Sanitization: Keep work areas clean and sanitary at all times, including work surfaces, equipment, and utensils. Follow proper food safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including other bakers and kitchen staff, to coordinate baking schedules and ensure smooth operations during early morning hours.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef, with a focus on early morning shifts preferred.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
