We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our team and help continue to grow our brand.

The Golf Sanctuary is a member only social club inspired by our love of golf. As one of the first indoor golf and social clubs, we are modernizing the traditional county club experience. Our members respect and love great food and drink in a stylish, yet inviting atmosphere. providing affluent business leaders and their families with an exclusive experience. It combines an elevated culinary journey with the enjoyment of golf, a sport cherished by many of its members.

Do you enjoy collaborating with your team and teaching others the skills you’ve honed throughout your career?

Executive Chef Job Responsibilities:

Manage all back-of-house operations

Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff

Set the kitchen staffing schedule

Lead pre-shift meetings

Develop recipes and menus

Creates and implements kitchen Standard Operating Procedures

Determine plating and presentation plans.

Manages and handles all food inventory and procurement

Responsible for kitchen supplies

Helps with financial planning and budgeting

Responsible for member’s satisfaction with dining experience

Ensure kitchen staff follows all food safety laws.

Responsible for all back-of-house COGs

Creative menu creation for events

Executive Chef Qualifications and Skills:

Creates creative recipes and menus.

Works with members to plan events.

Manages and motivates the kitchen staff.

Works well in a fast-paced kitchen.

Demonstrates strong business acumen.

Excels at project management and is organized.

Collaborates effectively and has strong interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

At least 5 years of management experience at the Sous level or above is required.

Work Hours and Benefits: Expected average schedule is 45-55 hours per week, depending on volume. Incentive based bonus, dining discount, and paid time off.
