The Last Mile Delivery Service Partner Team, who supports Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the globe in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world, is seeking an organized and driven individual to support global standardization and centralization efforts.The WW Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Services and Standards Team works with DSPs, Business Coaches, Finance, Fleet Managers, and delivery stations to support the relationship between Amazon and our DSPs. We are responsible for providing world-class payments and services experience to DSPs.As a WW DSP Business Standards Lead, you will support with standardization and centralization efforts for both local and world wide internal Amazon teams. This role will stretch you into program management and you will be responsible for resolving both simple and complex problems for our customers in a timely manner. Success in the role will be achieved by taking action in delivering results while building relationships with internal Amazon teams (stakeholder management), and leading collaboration efforts aimed to identify, define, and maintain programs and initiatives that measurably improve the customer experience.Overall responsibilities will include the following functions:

Manage multiple stakeholders partnerships locally and worldwide.

Execute daily / weekly / monthly Payments and other services by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Uploading and reporting on daily metrics, Wiki updates, and DSP support updates.

Create new processes and update existing processes as needed while reviewing and updating SOPs as required.

Prioritizing while balancing multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Assist with other DSP program activities as needed.

2+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology

Experience in MS Access and SQL

Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
