Our focus is to ensure individuals are never surprised by what data we collect, process, and share and that we delight regulators with the quality, transparency, and accuracy of our privacy documentation. Everything we do is based on this focus. This leader acts as a security/privacy subject matter expert and works with legal and technology to support our strategic vision.Key job responsibilities

Identify process improvement opportunities and high risk areas.

Work with service owners to develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

Manage the build and deployment of new tooling to streamline and automate security-related initiatives.

Support process improvement and privacy-related projects in coordination with service teams.

Manage communications to service teams and stakeholders.

Develop a deep understanding of the operational services, processes, and controls in place that support Amazon's privacy posture

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bellevue, WA, USA | Nashville, TN, USABasic Qualifications

3+ years of technical product or program management experience

3+ years of project management disciplines in areas such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk management experience

2+ years of working directly with technical teams

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating schedules

SQL experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $101,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market.
