Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future.The RoleResponsible for maintaining healthy strategic relationships and coordinating the implementation of solutions between the business and suppliers. Enables effective communications and enhances internal processes through innovation and continuous improvement. Develops and deploys sound supplier management strategies. Ensures contractual and commercial adherence over the lifecycle of assigned supplier agreements with both internal and external stakeholders.The Main Responsibilities Establish processes and practices for managing and administering contractual agreements; to include extensions, renewals, change management and segmentation of business, leveraging economies of scale and total supplier spend where appropriate Negotiate across the organization and with suppliers in a constructive and collaborative manner Build and maintain trusting relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, providing consultative and business guidance as needed Accurately analyze complex problems and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment in an increasingly diverse set of situations Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Sourcing/Procurement and other teams as required to remediate customer concerns in a timely manner Partner with Supplier Performance Coordinators to monitor and report on supplier performance as a communication vehicle to executive audiences, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary Stay informed of technology trends and competitor activities, using data and sound business judgment to adjust supplier strategies, maintaining capability alignmentWhat We Look For in a Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, or a related area Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large volumes of data Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing suppliers Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects#CNPCompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
