This opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be before or after the specified date.Area DescriptionThe GFiber Inventory Acquisition team is responsible for business-to-business partnerships with the Real Estate industry that secure the rights for GFiber to install our infrastructure and access potential customers (including multifamily/apartment/condo, multi-tenant/commercial/office, and single family/HOA/private road entities).Role Description (and additional job description)As a Senior Real Estate Partnerships Lead at GFiber, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network reach and market penetration by developing and managing strategic partnerships. Your success will be defined by your ability to help increase the number of households that have the ability to order GFiber services through outside field sales activities and the mentorship you provide your team.In this role, you'll:

Own relationships with GFiber partners and C-level executives who own large portfolios of properties. Drive building inventory growth autonomously.

Lead a team, with training and mentoring responsibilities focused on maximizing sales performance by ensuring best practices and set clear goals/expectations tied to the overall strategy.

Leverage in-depth knowledge of sales and relationship development to complete complex challenges with partners (e.g. uses negotiation skills to determine proper business requirements in order to gain mutual acceptance for right of entry agreements).

Achieve quarterly sales goals by executing against funnel metrics in a complex sales environment, while providing accurate sales forecasting and strategic sales updates to leadership as needed.

Convey to partners and team members knowledge on GFiber’s network and technical deployments

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

7 years of sales experience working with partners and meeting or exceeding goals/quotas.

Experience mentoring teammates and/or managing a team.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in the telecommunications or ISP industry as well as an understanding of the multi-family real estate industry.

Experience leading cross-functional teams including sales engineers, technical operational partners, and external partners.

Demonstrated success with large complex commercial and legal negotiations working with procurement, legal, and business teams in large enterprises.

Ability to use written and verbal communication to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and next steps to internal stakeholders and customers.
