We are looking for a dedicated Senior Director Strategic Accounts like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe Senior Strategic Account Director serves as the principal executive contact with HealthTrust members and HealthTrust Account Directors for the non-acute space. They are responsible for servicing and supporting our equity partner relationships within nonacute. Leads the Strategic Account Management team in initiatives, modeling the main line support to HealthTrust IDNs. Develops direct reports for internal growth and excellence and is a steward of the highest and best use of talent through constantly documenting and improving business processes and overseeing the training of the team, to include new colleagues. Responsible for working with members to drive value and savings to enhance their performance, as well as expanding HealthTrust’s penetration with members and to drive growth. Establishes and maintains professional business relationships, and expedites the utilization of HealthTrust contracts and offerings by the members. Serves as a trusted advisor to the member(s) s/he supports, engaging member executives regularly for the purpose of helping them achieve savings, improving performance, promoting standardization, and eliminating waste in the Supply Chain function and other key areas of their enterprise. Has leadership responsibility to develop and maintain a robust account plan, and execute against that plan to identify opportunities for his/her accounts to improve operations and financial performance.What you will do in this role includes:

Responsible for organic growth targets in the non-acute segment through leading Strategic Account Management team, ensuring leverage of supplier relations

Continually works to improve the Strategic Account Management Team and individual performance through measures of reliability, transparency, competency, sincerity, fairness, and vulnerability

Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one to three year period that leads to a clear action plan for success

Support regular reporting cadence to the Member and GPO leadership to ensure that all elements of implementation and supply chain expense management plans are being accomplished

Formulates and leads as one point of contact for cross-business unit strategies and plans for member

Participates in HealthTrust Account team meetings and calls to establish account goals, identify actions to achieve goals, and monitor and manage execution of the account activities and actions identified in the Account Plan

Escalation point for Strategic Account Management team for member issues or internal workstreams

Oversee in relation to Strategic Account Management - implementation projects, tasks, and workflows that are directly related to account health

What qualifications you will need:  

Bachelor’s degree Required

Master’s degree Preferred

10+ years of experience in strategic account management with experience in managing large national and/or global brand relationships – Required

7+ years of experience in market segment experience or successful record of accomplishment in strategic account management – Required

5+ years of experience in sales, prospecting, conversion, or pipeline development

Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
