If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Billing Contract Closeout Specialist to join our Finance and Accounting organization.Responsibilities:

Review and analyze federal government billing contracts utilizing Deltek Costpoint to ensure accuracy and completeness for final closeout

Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for contract closure and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding items

Verify billing rates, quantities, and other billing details for accuracy

Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing contracts

Prepare and submit completion/final invoices to clients in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of contract closure activities and documentation

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of recent experience required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, or a related field

Proven experience in billing utilizing Deltek Costpoint V8.0 or higher, contract administration, or a similar role, familiar with government payment systems required

Prior Billing Contract Closeout experience with strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
