Job Description:Functional Responsibilities:

Follows procedures to assist in processing transfer of assets transactions. Corresponds with source companies, agents, internal wholesalers and other departments regarding pending cases.

Responsible for the accurate handling and timely execution of transfer of assets requests.

Must provide an elite customer services experience.

Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.

Ensure transfers are processed on our administrative systems accurately and in a time frame considered suitable by SEC and DXC/Brighthouse guidelines.

Performs other related duties as assigned or required

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

High school diploma

Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology

Ability to work independently

Ability to follow oral and written directions

Work Environment

Office environment
