Lead the day-to-day operations of the Sales Support team coaching and mentoring staff in promoting and selling financial products whilst championing customer experience.

Responsibilities

Identifying and analyzing organization's strengths and weaknesses, and responding to opportunities in sales environment.

Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of staff engaged in promoting and selling financial products overseeing the resolution of customer complaints.

Developing and managing sales programs in alignment with long and short-term sales strategies and establishing training programs for sales team.

Managing and directing a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals determining discount rates.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Advanced knowledge of loan and lease products, which requires a working knowledge of financial statements, cash flow and bonding.

Understanding of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Provide strong a decision-making process and utilise associated tools and techniques to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviours.

Provide strong relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Degree Requirement:

A 4-year college or university degree and a minimum of 6 years exempt experience in credit, collections, cash applications, customer services, sales, marketing, documentation, financial statement analysis and/or accounting is recommended.

Additional Information:

This role is a hybrid position and would require any successful candidate to commit to a 3 day per week in office requirement.
