The ideal candidate will possess senior level AS/400 programming expertise including RPG, CL, DDS, Subfiles and database design.Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred.
The candidate will:1. Perform senior level program design, coding, screen design, programmer testing, installation and maintenance on all AS400 programs.2. User interaction and problem determination / resolution on all modules of SIS software.3. Perform batch-processing program for mass updates.4. On call monitoring and resolution of problems that arise during the nightly cycle.5. Work with user, other programmers, business analysts and managers to define programming specifications.6. Work with programming supervisor to work out specific development plans.7. Work with QA during testing to ensure that all elements of the required changes will be tested.Required Skills:- 5-10 years of AS400/RPG Programming experience
- Ability to work 4 days a week onsite in Franklin TN
- Must live locally, no travel expenses
