Assists customers with contract modifications providing payment and non-payment relief.
Responsibilities
Supporting customers in financial distress with innovative financial solutions.
Working with internal departments to conduct research and resolve transaction discrepancies.
Executes the daily quoting/documentation, booking and credit restructure approval and credit investigation activities for the department.
Interact with customers and business partners to negotiate acceptable approval of credit restructure submissions.
