[Job Summary:

Review production orders and schedules to ascertain all related project data in order to plan department operations
Work with Sales and Project Managers in getting tests and new customers on-boarded
Work with Sales and Project Managers to review Quotes/POs to make sure everything is in order with the job
Production planning of operations by establishing priorities and resource requirements
Monitor employee throughputs against benchmark thresholds
Daily delegation and assignment of production tasks
Review of job output with the Project Manager to ensure customer expectations are met
Review and approve completed production orders for submission to accounting for invoicing
Analyze production and labor reports to resolve operational, resource or shipping issues to ensure minimum cost implications and prevent operational delays
Inspect machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and utilization
Maintain updated software that is used throughout the service bureau
Develop or revise standard operational and working practices as needed
Observe team to ensure compliance with standards
Manages client materials, data storage/archiving and data removal of old or unnecessary data from Network
Maintain a safe work environment

[Education/Experience:
[Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.[Computer Skills:
[To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft suite of products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
