Parking Customer Service Representative- Music City CenterPosition will be responsible for responding to radio calls associated with customer service opportunities, maintaining parking equipment and ensuring proper signage placement and parking rates, overseeing contracted parking staff and revenue during special events, responding to equipment malfunctions, maintaining the garage by performing daily mopping/sweeping/trash removal, overall garage cleanliness and patrolling to ensure that parking zones are enforced and to provide security presence.Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid drivers license

Prior knowledge of the operation of large-scale scrubber/sweeper

Prior knowledge of Amano-McGann access and control equipment and software preferred
