We are looking for a dedicated Manager Simulation and Technology like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe Corporate Manager, Simulation and Technology is responsible for operation of simulation and technology-based education within the Clinical Education Service Line. This position is responsible for organizing and executing operational functions related to simulation and technology across the enterprise working with division teams to ensure logistics of simulation operations, that include but not limited to classroom and simulation space for clinical education programs are planned and secured. Assists in management of simulation and other events based at the simulation centers. This includes supporting a shared programmatic vision in the planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating simulation-based learning across the continuum from standardized patients through high-fidelity simulators. Coordinates and tracks the ordering and distribution of supplies and equipment necessary for training for clinical education programs. This position will work with the Corporate Director of Simulation and Technology, Division Directors of Simulation and Technology, and other clinical education team members to support emerging innovations in the fields of education, healthcare, and technology.What you will do in this role:Quality:

Ensures effective labor management, including position control, scheduling excellence, productivity management, and premium pay utilization. Maintains staffing to ensure appropriate patient care.
Manages operating expenses including the utilization of supplies and equipment. Identifies cost reduction opportunities and implements actions to achieve savings
What qualifications you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Education Required
Master's degree Preferred
5+ years of experience in an acute care facility Required
2+ years of experience in education with simulation experience Required
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation Preferred
Basic Cardiac Life Support Preferred
Certification in Healthcare Simulation Preferred
