Our client in Tempe, AZ is looking for Logistics Coordinators to join their team! Please see below for the job description. Job description· Provide shipper support to vendors and sellers who use our client as their freight distributor.· They make sure they get the service that is due to them, customer support from the standpoint of operations to solve problems.· If there is a missed pickup, their job is to research and ultimately resolve to ensure the freight picked up.· Amazon has over 16,000 vendor relationships and they will work with different people each day.· The support cases are in a platform called Perigon· Shippers and carrier cases· Cases are created by vendors or carriers submitting a case in the platform· Leads will assign cases each day to the associates· 20% of your touched cases should result in a phone callHybrid role: In office 2 days per week, 3 days WFH Skills/Qualifications· Looking for people who like to solve riddles, the SOP that they have for this team provides guidelines, but they need people to jump in and own their space.· Problem solving/critical thinking experience - Assigned cases; eventually expected to work through 9 cases per hour.· Need someone who can go beyond following instructions, must use critical thinking skills to find info that is not in reports.· Must show good work history and tenure in previous roles. If they have advanced in their previous roles that is a big plus.· Think outside the box, may not have all the answers, take the lead and connect the dots.· Excel - copying and filtering data.· Excellent written communication skillsEmployee Value Prop· HM is looking to hire these roles as FTEs and could be a great entry point to a career. Must work in this role for 1 year minimum before looking to transfer/advance into other roles when an FTE.· When converted to FTE, pay bump to $23/HR, full benefits, 40 hours PTO and 40 hours vacation. Also, college tuition support.Additional Info· This team is looking for "thinkers"· Aptitude and Attitude is what they look for in interviews· Do not need experience in logistics, of course it's a plus but this team is open to experience in roles that included analyzing data where accuracy and verification is critical.
