We specialize in complex, structural and mechanical assemblies, machined components, and sheet metal fabrication.Occupation Summary
This occupation requires the science of forming various metals, such as extrusions andsheet metal by methods of peening, saturation peening, and hot forming and as well as handforming.Work Performed
Set up and operate various power and manual fabrication machines, such as shot peencreasing, hot form, and arbor press to meet engineering specifications. Finishes parts that arepartially formed by other operations.
Calculates the areas of the parts requiring bending to overcome springback. Metal tagparts as required.
Performs duties incidental to the accomplishment of the assigned task.
Uses such typical equipment as lift truck, crane, and scooter to load, move, unload, andposition tools, parts, or materials.
Computer proficiency to navigate systems for labor charging, access work instructions,record completion of work, TC1, MES, PIIs, etc.
Each employee will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and housekeeping in hiswork area as directed as well as assuring the accuracy of their work.Minimum Qualifications
