What you will doAs the Field Operations Supervisor, you will manage and lead all activities of the HUB/Branch operation in compliance to corporate objectives, policies, procedures, and guidelines. You will also be the liaison between the field sales team for the area covered and the office while coordinating activities relating to Operations, Inventory Management, Inventory Requirements Planning, and other related leadership function.
Lead and motivate a diverse team to consistently meet and exceed team objectives, while managing operations across multiple locations, including additional HUB/Branch sites.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to ensure clear understanding of HUB/Branch policies and procedures, and drive performance while maintaining key metrics.
Address and resolve concerns or complaints from field representatives, sales managers, and customers related to inventory issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
Manage inventory with precision, utilizing available system tools to ensure the accuracy of implants (part and lot numbers) and instrument sets (set and lot numbers) at hospital consignment locations, as well as within HUB/Branch/Storage facilities.
Ensure strict adherence to FDA processes and procedures within the HUB/Branch to maintain compliance.
Oversee the management of forecasts and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Take ownership of the facility’s upkeep, including managing bills, facility contracts, and office vehicle operations.
What you needRequired:
Bachelors' degree or 6 years of equivalent
4 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or similar fields
Previous leadership/mentorship experience
Travel up to 30%
Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed
Preferred:
Proficiency in inventory management software
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
