DescriptionThe Executive Talent Sourcer is a strategic role responsible for sourcing and recruiting senior and executive level talent for all divisions across the bank. This individual will play integral role in bringing the senior leader talent the bank needs to execute it's strategy. This individual will identify key talent pools through deep research capabilities and will source qualified candidates who possess the required skills and competencies to meet our business unit objectives with a keen focus on ensuring diversity is well represented on candidate slates. This individual will be viewed as a sourcing subject matter expert who will mentor other Sourcers across the organization and will be viewed as a sourcing leader across the Talent Acquisition function. Primary Responsibilities include:
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidate pools with the objective of creating viable, diverse pipelines of talent for current and future openings
Participate in intake sessions with recruiters and hiring managers as required
Build sourcing plans in collaboration with hiring managers and recruiters
Consistently utilize multiple sourcing channels to generate active and passive candidates for key senior and executive roles across the bank
Market/sell the value proposition for Citizens and specific business line value propositions as required
Effectively assess candidates/prospects against requirement to ensure high candidate quality submissions to hiring managers/recruiters
Provide clear written candidate summaries to recruiters and hiring managers when submitting candidates for consideration.
Maintain effective communication as required with candidates, prospects, recruiters and hiring managers
Utilize applicant tracking system to track activity as required and/or CRM
Complete required reporting to track progress and participate as need in status meetings with key business partners/stakeholders.
Mentor other Sourcers on sourcing strategies and tactics
Required skills:
10+ years recruiting or sourcing experience, with experience sourcing for senior and executive level talent
Demonstrated success in recruiting passive candidates for hard to fill requisitions
Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods (Internet Search tools like Seekout, Linkedin Recruiter, Chrome Extensions, social media, etc.
Experience organizing, managing, and tracking candidate flow
Relentless “hunter” mentality with deep knowledge of the financial services industry
Experience building and executing sourcing plans for executive level roles
Possess excellent communication with the ability to operate effectively at the executive level
Demonstrated awareness of sourcing trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
Strong experience and understanding of advanced skillsets in engineering, cyber, data science & analytics, Digital
Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
MS Office experience including Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience utilizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud and/or other similar enterprise Applicant tracking systems
