Design EngineerLocation: Nashville, TN (3 days onsite/week) (up to 50% travel to various sites)Description:
Responsible for designing material handling equipment such as conveyor belts and other machinery.
Responsible for site layouts
Writing RFPs, working with vendors for site selection and working on engineering design and hand off to execution.
Qualifications:
Experienced in mechanical design of warehouse/plant layout/material handling preferred
Experience working with vendors (creating RFPs)
Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, electrical, manufacturing)
Experience managing projects/deadlines
