This role is pivotal in developing and executing our campus recruitment strategy, fostering relationships with universities, and attracting top talent to Humana. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, strong networking abilities and a knack for building internal and external partnerships.Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Campus Recruiting Lead manages a team focused on hiring across multiple disciplines and lines of business. They will be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy to meet hiring goals and attract high-potential candidates. They'll do this by successfully:

Building and nurturing relationships with key university stakeholders, including career services, faculty, and student organizations, to enhance our employer brand and access top talent.

Collaborating with hiring managers and Humana Leadership to understand talent needs and develop targeted campus recruiting plans aligned with business objectives by participating in campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, and workshops to engage with students and promote our organization.

Leading the end-to-end campus recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.

Implementing innovative recruitment techniques and tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of campus recruiting efforts.

Coaching and developing a team of brand ambassadors to promote Humana as an employer of choice to prospective graduates and interns.

Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of campus recruiting initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

7+ years of talent acquisition experience

2+ years of leading campus recruiting strategy

2+ years of formal people management experience

Experience developing campus practices/strategy related to; campus event planning, candidate sourcing, relationship management with universities, school section criteria, etc.

Established ability to make data driven decisions based on analysis of strategy performance and outcomes leveraging Excel and Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholder across multiple lines of business

Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving candidate and hiring team experiences.

Ability to travel to campus events and Louisville for programs as needed - minimum 25%

Work-At-Home Requirements:To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
