Business Solution AnalystThis is a contract position.This is an onsite opportunity in Hermitage, TN.About this positionAre you passionate about aligning technology solutions with business goals? This contract role supports the planning, analysis, and delivery of digital products across the project lifecycle. As a Business Solution Analyst, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define user needs, document requirements, and manage product backlogs to ensure quality, timeliness, and user satisfaction.Job ResponsibilitiesDefine and analyze business and user requirements for new or enhanced productsCreate key project documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, user guides, process flows, and wireframesFacilitate Design Thinking sessions to capture end-user and customer insightsManage and prioritize the product backlog, working closely with the Engagement Manager to define scope and sprint plansLead and coordinate all QA and testing activities, including working with offshore QA teams to create and execute test plans and scriptsSupport the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Assist with project onboarding materials such as Charters and SOWsCollaborate with the Engagement Manager to provide timely status reporting and escalate issues when necessaryPerform other job-related duties as assignedJob Skills/RequirementsProven experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a technology delivery environmentStrong ability to translate business needs into technical documentation and functional requirementsExperience managing product backlogs, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and sprint planningHands-on experience with QA/testing, including test case development and UAT coordinationStrong presentation and communication skills; ability to lead client-facing discussionsProficient with tools such as PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and other product management platformsDesign Thinking facilitation experience is a plusExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsWhy should you apply?Play a central role in delivering user-focused technology solutions, sharpen your product ownership and QA skills, and gain hands-on experience in an Agile environment while collaborating with technical and business teams.Pay Range:Pay Range: $28–$30/hour YUPRO Placement is the nation’s leading skills-first placement firm placing and promoting historically overlooked talent into permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract job assignments.
