Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team located in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our financial records, including processing customer payments and invoices. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records Proactively monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Use NetSuite software Utilize Microsoft Excel for tasks like creating pivot tables and using VLOOKUP function Handle high-volume invoicing tasks, ensuring all invoices are sent and paid in a timely manner Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of all transactions Manage cash applications and collections effectively to minimize outstanding debts Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding their accounts Process payments and update customer records accordingly.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar financial position Proven expertise in Account Reconciliation Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management Demonstrable experience in Billing procedures Familiarity with Cash Applications and Cash Collections Experience in Commercial Collections is essential Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting Experience in using NetSuite for accounting tasks Knowledge in NetSuite for business process management Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other departments Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferredRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
