In this role you will also help foster and grow junior talent.How You'll Help Us:As a Mobile Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions for mobile applications. The Mobility Solutions Architect owns and communicates the architectural vision of the solution. This includes mobile systems, development platforms, integration methodologies and broad detailed knowledge of mobile technologies and industry trendsWhy the Role Is Important:Effective software design is key to keeping a development project on track long term. Through your effective design efforts, we will deliver a complete and effective tool. In addition, your expertise will help us during the pre-sales phase to make sure we have the best possible chance of winning contracts. Finally, your leadership will help less experienced developers grow in their development skills and lead to an overall better team.Once You Are Here, You Will:- Formulate, Conceptualize and execute mobile solutions for customers across all channels.
- Provide pre-sales support through solutioning, effort estimation of complex, multi-technology asks from customers of various domains/verticals - Commercial, Healthcare, Banking/Financial Services.
- Assist the client, customers in explaining and applying enterprise solutions.
- Participate in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into valid software design.
- Drive teams and ensure the overall integrity of the software design and validate it against the system architecture specification.
- Lead the review process for design and code.
- Responsible for Requirement Management, High Level and Low - Level Design and Design documents using Use Cases and Visio Diagrams.
- Design the project and components.
- Develop and apply application architecture methodologies, standards, and leading practices.
- Architect, Develop & guide teams in developing mobile applications for different form factors and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Business Group to deliver the applications/solutions.
- Maintain ownership of complete architecture of the solution.
- Project output and ensure compliance to industry best practices
- To understand the client necessities, create solution requirement documents
- To perform the setup and troubleshoot applications to help fix bugs and functional issue
- Deploy applications to Google Play store
- Work and deliver under triple constraint (time, scope, and resources)
- Multi-task and contribute to multiple projects in parallel

- 12+ Years' experience in mobile application development with at least 4 years as an Architect or on similar role.
- 8+ Years' experience in Android mobile application development with Java/Kotlin.
- 2+ Years' proven experience in Kotlin.
- Strong knowledge & experience of 2+ years with Jetpack components such as ViewModel, LiveData, RoomDatabase, WorkManager.
- 4+ years' experience of developing and implementing end-to-end architecture to support user interface concepts that conforms to design models based on industry best-practices.
- 4+ years' experience and expert level understanding of application architecture like MVC, MVVM, MVP, etc.
- 4+ years' experience of Build & Packaging Process, Deployment Build and Release documentation and post-production Support.
- 4+ years' experience in uploading the app to Google Play store.
- 8+ years' experience in Rest API development/integrations.
- 8+ years' experience in SVN, Git, Gradle version control experience, Bitbucket, etc.
- 4+ years' experience in various security protocols like SSL and Security Mechanisms like Client certificates, Basic Authentication.
- 4+ years' experience with UI/UX design.
- 4+ years' experience with understanding and documenting the new technology requirements, doing Spikes/POCs.
- 4+ years' experience in Estimation of User Stories in a backlog.
- 4+ years' experience with tracking/updating progress of code development using process management tools like Atlassian JIRA.
- 4+ year's working experience with test-driven design & development, unit and integration testing, CI/CD.
- 8+ years' experience with customer engagement and excellent presentation, communication skills.
- 8+ year's working experience and expert level understanding of mobile development eco system
- 8+ year's working experience with various platforms, processes, and architectures to develop, define and implement enterprise solutions on mobile platforms
- 8+ years' experience with delivering a complete application end-to-end within committed delivery timelines
- 4+ year's Working experience in Junit, Espresso and Mockito Frameworks.
- 4+ years' experience working in Agile and DevOps model.
- 8+ years' experience in software development lifecycles and process.
- Excellent communication and 4+ years' experience of teamwork.
- 4+ years' experience Mentoring of junior team members.
- 2+ years' Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing frameworks like Mocha and Jest.
- 2+ years' Experience/knowledge of other Java script frameworks like Angular, Ionic, React Native, React JS and Flutter.
- 2+ years' experience with multiple backend system (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), including Java / J2EE, Python.
- 2+ years' Experience and understanding of distributed, reliable, and fault tolerant systems.
- 2+ years' Experience with performance and security drivers of the system.
- Able to simplify complex problems, process projects into component parts, explore and evaluate them systematically. Able to identify and construct frameworks, for problem solving and/or development
